Atlas-based Anatomical Segmentation (ABAS) software is integrated into the IMAgo module. It uses reference atlases designed by experts and fits them, by elastic deformation, on actual patient images. It generates automatically a standard series of labelled structures. These structures can then be reviewed and edited by the user.

  • Brain Atlas for automated contouring of cerebral structures
    Thanks to an automatic contouring module, ISOgray identifies and labels more than 20 cerebral structures within minutes. The putamen, the pituitary gland or the optic nerves are instantaneously detected and labelled as OARs.
